A spray coating method of cylinder block bore and a device for the same are provided to uniformly transmit heat as coating powder is coated with the state that is similar to the property of cylinder block bore. A spray coating device of cylinder block bore comprises: a pressurizer(110) providing compressed gas; a controller(120) connected to the pressurizer in order to control pressure of the compressed gas supplied by the pressurizer; a nozzle unit(130) connected to the controller in order to emit the compressed gas through the controller; and a powder supplier(100) connected to the nozzle unit in order to supply the coating powder with the compressed gas.
