摘要 An open-top steel box U-girder construction method is provided to reduce the amount of used steel material by decreasing the stress applied to the steel material. An open-top steel box U-girder construction method comprises the steps of: connecting a U-girder segment(10a) where positive moment exerts and a U-girder segment(10b) where negative moment exerts by using a splice(11); temporarily assembling an open-top steel box U-girder(10) in which concrete is not mixed; applying high-strength concrete(14) in a U-girder segment upper flange(12) first; applying concrete in a U-girder segment lower flange(20) secondarily; arranging a steel wire insertion sheath(24) in a U-girder segment upper flange(28) and a slab; applying to concrete in the U-girder segment upper flange and the slab thirdly; applying non-shrinkage concrete in the block-out part; inserting PS steel wire in the anchorage installed on the lower part of the slab; and pre-stressing the U-girder segment slab.
