PRODUCING METHOD FOR ULTRA RAPID HARDENING POLYMER MODIFIED CONCRETE

A manufacturing method of rapid hardening concrete composition reforming polymer is provided to optimize quality of ultra rapid hardening cement material in order to be suitable for physical properties of the rapid hardening concrete and to improve workability, strength, durability and profitability. A manufacturing method of rapid hardening concrete composition comprises steps of: mixing the rapid hardening cement composition and aggregate; mixing water and polymer modifier and manufacturing combined water; and mixing the combined water with a mixture of the aggregate and the rapid hardening cement composition. The rapid hardening cement composition includes powder 40~60 weight% produced by pulverizing Wien system clinker including calcium sulfoaluminate(3CaO.3Al2O3.CaSO4) 60~85 weight%, plaster powder 15~30 weight% in which anhydrous gypsum and hemihydrate are mixed, normal portland cement 20~40 weight% and calcium hydrooxide 1~4 weight%.
