An advance discount service providing system and a providing method thereof at a security payment service are provided to have no need to perform the join process of an advance discount service in order to join and use an advance discount service, thereby enabling a client terminal to simply join the advance discount service. An advance discount service providing system(100) comprises a control server(10), a recognition server(20), and a client information database(30).
