Labels, in particular for containers of food products of superior quality, are made on thin layers of wood, such as cork, melamine MDF, chipboard or plywood. Desired distinctive images relating to the product are impressed by silkscreen printing or other known system, by pressing and/or engraving, while leaving the grains and/or the shape of the different natural or artificial wood types visible. |
