SCANNER MODULE AND IMAGE SCANNING APPARATUS EMPLOYING THE SAME

A scanner module and an image scanning apparatus employing the same are provided to reduce light leaked through both ends in a longitudinal direction of a light guide. A light source applies light. A light guide(413) is extended in a main scanning direction. The light guide converts a path of the light applied from the light source. An elastic member(414) elastically supports at least one of both ends of the light guide. In the both ends of the light guide, the light source is installed through a light source holder(412).
