A water tub(3) has a pump(1) and a water level sensor(2). A supporting pipe(5) is connected to the pump by a hose(4). A plurality of water supply pipes(6) supply water from the water tub in each direction. A water atomizing pipe(10) is inserted into the center of an artificial leaf(8) and formed with a plurality of water atomizing holes.
