A sensitivity improvement method of an electric field sensor, a storage unit employing an electric sensor and an information playback method thereof are provided to reduce the influence of noise by sensing minute change in the intensity of the electric field applied to the resistance region with high sensitivity. A sensitivity improvement method of an electric field sensor, the electric field sensor comprising a source region(S), a drain region(D), and a resistance region(G) which electrically interconnects the two regions and has resistance changing according to the intensity of the electric field, let the drain current flow to one or more negative resister in the resistance region, and detects change in the electric field and detects change in the electric field by measuring change in the voltage between the drain region and the negative resister.
