A method and an apparatus for testing control value flow characteristic of a generator turbine are provided to detect correct flow characteristic according to the shape and an opening degree of a control valve of the generator turbine when the control valve is designed to minimize a measurement error due to fluid viscosity. An apparatus for testing control value flow characteristic of a generator turbine includes an air compressor(10) generating compressed air, a control valve miniature(20) connected to the back of the air compressor, a first pressure meter(30) arranged at the inlet of the control valve miniature, and a second pressure meter(40) arranged at the outlet of the control valve miniature.
