PREPROCESSING DEVICE FOR A GAS ANALYZER AND THE METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME

A preprocessing device for a gas analyzer and a control method thereof are provided to prevent damage to a compressor by making the heat exchange of the evaporator smooth in the no-load condition. A branch line part has a first branch line(L15,L52) branched from an upper part of a condenser(200) and joined to a lower part of the condenser and a second branch line(L35,L51) branched from an upper part of an evaporator(400) and joined to a lower part of the evaporator. A heat exchanger(500) carries out heat exchange between the first and second branch lines. A control valve part has first and second control valves(710,720) disposed at an upper part of the heat exchanger on the first and second branch lines respectively, and a third control valve(730) disposed at a lower part of the second branch line at an upper part of the evaporator. A sensing part has a flowmeter(F) disposed on an analysis gas line at an upper part of the evaporator and thermometers(Tm1-Tm4) of the evaporator.
