A method for preparing the herb fermentation tea, and the herb fermentation tea prepared by the method are provided to improve the nutrition such as vitamin, mineral, etc. A method for preparing the herb fermentation tea comprises the steps of screening, cutting and washing the trunk and leaves of herb to remove the foreign material; mixing the processed herb with yellow refined sugar or white refined sugar and firstly maturing it at a room temperature for about 100 days; filtering the matured one and secondly maturing the filtered herb extract for about 6 months; and filtering the matured one.
