A hair-dye in which camellia oil and olive oil are contained is provided to dye hair and to protect proportional scalp and the hair using bioactive substance of vitamin, amino acid, protein and mineral contained in extracts of the olive tree and the camellia. A hair-dye in which camellia oil and olive oil are contained includes: a first agent including one or more selected from extracts 85 to 93 weight% obtained of leaves of the olive tree and the camellia, branch shell, root shell and berries, dye material of 0.5 to 3 weight%, perfume, fungicide, antiphlogistic, antiseptic, antioxidant, ultraviolet-absorbing agent, ammonia solution, glycolic acid ammonium, fatty acid alcohol, water and potassium alum; and a second agent including extracts 85 to 93 weight%, oxidizer oxidizing the first agent of remaining amount and a pH adjusting agent. The first agent additionally includes a foaming agent of 0.1 to 5 weight%.
