A processing method of atmosphere or wasted gas containing volatile organic compound or bad smell pollution source is provided to prevent breakthrough of residual contamination when fluctuating load is generated. A processing method of atmosphere or wasted gas containing volatile organic compound or bad smell pollution source comprises steps of: an introduction portion consisting of a wasted gas blower(7) introducing the wasted gas and a real-time concentration analyzer(13), a simultaneous reproduction type UV(or, VIS-)/optical catalyst reactor which washes the deactivated optical catalyst in order to process wasted gas containing the volatile organic compound and bad smell pollution source, a recycling system supplying air to a mixed tank and diluting the introduced wasted gas(16) to the blower(9) or recirculating processed waste gas(15) to a re-cycling blower(12) and a biofilter in which oxidative degradation of the pollution source occurs with microorganism.
