<p>An objective of the present invention is to provide a cerebral vasospasm inhibitor which is effective on cerebral vasospasm occurring after subarachnoid hemorrhage and has few side-effects. The cerebral vasospasm inhibitor of the invention is characterized in containing an anti-HMGB1 monoclonal antibody as an active ingredient.</p>
