A 2-stage rotary compressor is provided to improve lubrication efficiency and operation reliability by preventing the wear of parts by preventing oil leakage out of a sealed container by an oil filtering element. An oil filtering element(154) is mounted at an inlet of an outlet pipe(152) in a sealed container(101) for separating oil from refrigerant, and includes a filtering net fixed in the sealed container and a fixing part provided at a periphery of the filter net.
