A system, a server, and a method thereof for providing a consulting service about the preparation of a contract are provided for a service user to select a contract kind, a contract item, and the kind of the language and to provide a contract form and a contract sample satisfying the contract kind, the contract item, and the kind of the language selected by the service user to a user terminal and evaluate and guide a contract draft which the user terminal transmits. A system comprises a user terminal(110), wired and wireless networks(120), a contract preparation consulting server(130), and a consultant terminal(140). The user terminal connects to the contract preparation consulting server through the wired and wireless networks. The user terminal requests the download of a contract form to the contract preparation consulting server. The user terminal selects the language recorded in the contract form, and selects at least one contract item which the service user needs after a service user selects a contract type which the service user concludes. The user terminal downloads the contract form and a contract sample from the contract preparation consulting server. The user terminal transmits a contract draft to the contract preparation consulting server and receives a draft copy investigation result from the contract preparation consulting server. |
