A filter is provided to generate membrane different pressure, not to be blocked, to make minutely air gap of the filter route to 0.1mum and have semi-permanent life. A filter(10) contains an upper edge(11), a lower edge(12) smaller than the upper edge, a plurality of fleshes(13) of which one end is thick and the other end becomes slim and a filter route(14) is formed between the fleshes. A cross section of the flesh is circular shape.
