A fluid dynamic bearing device, a spindle motor, and a disk driving device are provided to prevent generation of particle and rust by coating whole surface of a bearing housing to a plating layer. A sleeve(341) has a bearing hole(341a). A shaft(41) is inserted in the bearing hole. The sleeve supports the shaft, and rotates the shaft around a center axis(L) of the shaft. A bearing housing(344) is made of a cold rolled steel plate or a zinc coated steel plate. The sleeve is arranged inside the bearing housing. A lubricant oil(51) is charged inside the bearing housing. A radial dynamic bearing part is positioned between an outer circumference of the shaft and an inner circumference of the sleeve, and includes a radial dynamic groove. A bearing housing region contacting with the lubricant oil is coated with a nickel plating layer. |
