A location-based method for supplying contents and a location-based system of providing contents grasping the constellation of the mobile communications terminal and providing the contents of an object related to constellation to the user of the mobile communications terminal are provided to contact contents about an object located to the constellation. An interface unit(201) receives a contents request from a mobile communications terminal. A coordinate calculation unit(202) computes a first location coordinate of the mobile communications terminal by interworking the reception of the contents request. A contents extracting unit(203) extracts the contents of the object related to the computed first location coordinate from database. The contents provision unit(204) provides the extracted contents as the response about the contents request to the mobile communications terminal.
