A method and an apparatus for recovering an integral image by using depth information are provided to recover an integral image by using the depth information and remove a defocused area of the recovered image. An element image is recovered by using a computer integral image recovery method(S320). A blur metric value of the recovery image is measured(S330). It is determined whether the recovery image is a focus image by using the measured blur metric value(S340). An erosion calculation of the focus image is performed(S350). An erosion image is mapped on the recovery image(S360).
