PRODUCT METHOD OF REMOVE CYANOGENIC GLUCOSIDE FLAX SEED OIL

A method for preparing the flaxseed oil where cyanide glycoside is removed is provided to remove the harmful components such as heavy metals, remaining starch, etch. A method for preparing the flaxseed oil where cyanide glycoside is removed comprises the steps of washing the flaxseed with flowing water 3-4 times and washing it to a water content of 10-15 wt%; sprouting it at 20-40 deg.C and at a humidity of 40-60 % for 7-10 days; pulverizing the sprouted one with a colloid mill to 100-120 mesh; adding 5-7 times amount of purified water to the pulverized one and treating it with 0.5-1.0 wt% of an enzyme mixture for 6-8 hours; centrifuging it with 6,500-8,500 rpm for 8-15 min to obtain a flaxseed paste; drying the flaxseed paste at 55-70 deg.C with warm wind for 4-8 hours to dry it to a water content of 20-30 %; compressing the dried one at 100-120 deg.C to obtain a flaxseed oil; passing the flaxseed oil through a rapid cooler to obtain the flaxseed oil of 20-30 deg.C; passing the flaxseed oil through an activated carbon filter to remove heavy metals and impurities; and packaging the filtered flaxseed oil.
