SUGAR-COATING METHOD OF PYSSILLUM HUSK HAVING SUPERIOR SUGAR-COATING UNIFORM PROPERTY

A method for coating sugar on a pspllium husk powder, and a pspllium husk powder coated with sugar by the method are provided to improve the uniformity of coating, thereby increasing the hydrophilicity of initial powder in case of the contact with water. A method for coating sugar on a pspllium husk powder comprises the steps of mixing a pspllium husk powder into mixer provided with a bottom wing adhered to the internal bottom and a plurality of rotation rods adhered to the internal side surface, and rotating the bottom wing with a high speed of 50-720 rpm/min to float the pspllium husk powder having a diameter of 300-500 micrometers; and injecting a sugar solution to the mixer, and rotating the rotation rods to coat the pspllium husk powder with the sugar solution.
