A molding member for shoes is provided to improve quality of the molding member by adhering a silver or gold plated sheet to a base fabric and adhering a transparent protection film onto a top face of the sheet, thereby preventing the formation of creases or the generation of delamination in the molding member when bending the molding member, and a manufacturing method of the molding member for shoes is provided. A manufacturing method of a molding member for shoes comprises a first process(S1) of manufacturing a film fabric through a first step(S1-1) of adhering a silver or gold sheet to a base fabric with a wide width and a second step(S1-2) of adhering a transparent protection sheet to a top face of the silver or gold sheet; a second process(S2) of extrusion molding a transparent synthetic resin to manufacture a molding body with a predetermined length; a third process(S3) of cutting the film fabric of the first process to a tape shape according to a width of the molding body of the second process; and a fourth process(S4) of applying an adhesive on a top face of the molding body manufactured in the second process, and adhering the tape-shaped film fabric obtained in the third process onto a top part of the adhesive-applied molding body.
