A method for extracting and purifying codrania tricuspidata oil is provided to remove tar and particles by filtering with charcoal after a first filtering with yellow soil and a hemp cloth. A method for extracting and purifying codrania tricuspidata comprises a step of dropping the cudrania tricuspidata oil, extracted from stem and root of the cudrania tricuspidata, to a first jar(10), a step of collecting the cudrania tricuspidata oil extracted from the stem and root to sterilize the oil at 80~90°C for 10~15 second, a step of filtering the sterilized cudrania tricuspidata oil with a hemp cloth, a step of filtering again the first filtered cudrania tricuspidata with Korean paper made from paper mulberry, a step of placing a bamboo basket in a container and a step of laying down the hemp cloth and Korean paper made from paper mulberry on the bamboo basket one by one and laying down the yellow soil on the Korean paper with 2~10cm height.
