A window frame and a composite window using the same are provided to prevent the deformation of an exterior material by preventing the temperature difference of the outside from being transferred to an inner exterior material, and to couple an insulating material and an inner exterior material without using adhesives. A window frame comprises a first member provided with at least one long groove(214) formed on the inside in the longitudinal direction, a second member provided with a projection(224) formed on one side correspondingly to the long groove of the first member formed in the longitudinal direction to be inserted to the long groove of the first member, and a third member coupled to the other side of the second member.
