A manufacturing method of apple stamen is provided to increase farmhouse income conspicuously and to manufacture economically liquor in which fruit flower is contained using discarded fruit flower and young berrie. A manufacturing method of apple stamen comprises steps of: collecting and washing apple flower, removing moisture and preparing a sample; fermenting nonglutinous rice 2kg, mixing and fermenting malted wheat 500g and water 3L and making a crude liquor; fermenting nonglutinous rice 2kg, mixing sample 1kg prepared at a first step, taffy oil 200g and water 4L, adding it to the crude liquor of a second step and fermenting it secondly; mixing and fermenting apple piece 1.5kg in the glutinous rice 2kg, mixing taffy oil 200g, glycyrrhizae radix 20g and water 4L, adding it to the crude liquor and fermenting it thirdly; separating wine lees and obtaining a filtrate; and centrifuging the filtrate which obtains from a fifth step and obtaining a Clean extract. |
