MANUFACTURING METHOD OF POLY(VINYLIDENEDIFLUORIDE) HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE FILTER

A manufacturing method of asymmetry microporous hollow fiber membrane is provided to supply cheap and simple wastewater treatment system using a module consisting of a PVDF hollow fiber membrane hydrophylizing-processed and having excellent performance. A manufacturing method of asymmetry microporous hollow fiber membrane contains steps of: a) manufacturing a spinning solution including a polyvinylidene difluoride; b) adding a hydrophilic polymer solution in a spinning solution; c) spinning the spinning solution in which the hydrophilic polymer solution is added through a nozzle, coating the spinning solution on a surface of a supporter and manufacturing a hollow fiber membrane; d) hydrothermal-processing a hollow fiber membrane.
