A transparent soundproof wall having a pattern layer is provided to turn people' eyes on a pattern layer having a cubic effect even if a transparent soundproof panel is stained with dust by vehicle exhaust fumes. A transparent soundproof wall having a pattern layer comprises many pillars(10) erected and fixed to the ground at regular intervals, a frame(20) inserted between the pillar and the pillar in the shape of a rectangular frame and fixed by a fixing member(30), and provided with a coupling groove(21) along the circumference of the inside, a transparent soundproof panel(40) and coupled and fixed to the coupling groove of the frame, and a pattern layer(50) formed on the outside of the transparent soundproof panel.
