A dynamic IP sharing system using an HSDPA modem and a method thereof are provided to enable a server and client to receive new dynamic IP addresses from an ISP or share an IP address smoothly although the connection to a network is not established, and provide the IP address of a server to only reliable clients. An ISP server(100) provides an inherent DNS(Domain Name Service) address and a dynamic IP address to an HSDPA server(200), and provides a dynamic IP address to an HSDPA terminal(300). The HSDPA server is allocated the dynamic IP address and DNS address from the ISP server. If a reliability authentication request SMS message is received from the HSDPA terminal, the HSDPA server performs the authentication in response to the request, and then transmits its dynamic IP address and pre-stored data to the HSDPA terminal to provide the user of the HSDPA terminal with necessary information.
