A solid electrolytic condenser and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to combine an anode terminal and cathode terminal with mutual symmetry in two part of a condenser element and settle the free end portion of a wire combined in a condenser element in a concave groove formed in one end of the anode terminal so that an area which the condenser element can occupy is maximized and electrostatic capacity is improved. A solid electrolytic condenser comprises: a condenser element having the polarity of anode(20); a wire which is combined so that one end be protruded to one side of the condenser element(30); an off-board molding unit forming external with surrounding the outer side surface of the condenser element in which the wire is combined and junction position of the electrode terminal(50); an anode terminal which is closely connected to one side of the condenser element and in which the concave groove is formed in the junction upper end, and in which the free end portion of the wire exposed toward the one side of condenser element is electrically combined in the concave groove and in which the lower part is curve-cut in the inner side around the central part and which adheres closely to the lower-part of the off-board molding unit(41); and an cathode terminal which is closely connected to the other side face of the condenser element and in which the lower part is curve-cut in the inner side around the central part and which adheres closely to the lower-part of the off-board molding unit(42). |
