A process of manufacturing a fine floor board is provided to prevent a soft portion in a fibrous part of the pine floor board from deforming and obtain solidity and excellent heat resistance of the pine floor board by performing a heat treatment process in a thermal conduction manner using direct heating after vertically setting up the pine floor boards in a heating chamber when manufacturing floor boards using pine tree. A method of manufacturing a pine floor board comprises: a first natural drying step of naturally drying the top and bottom boards for 2 to 5 days while maintaining lightproof and ventilation conditions after preparing top and bottom boards from material lumber of pine tree; second and third natural drying steps of naturally drying the top and bottom boards for one day while maintaining ventilation at a lightproof place after naturally drying the top and bottom boards for two days at a place to which sunlight is thrown; a step of planning both sides of the top and bottom boards once using a plane; a heat treatment step of setting up the top and bottom boards on a plate of a heating chamber in the lateral direction, and heating the top and bottom boards to a temperature of 80 to 100 deg.C for 3 days through a burner installed under the plate; a step of adhering the top and bottom boards using an adhesive such that textures of the top and bottom boards cross at right angles with each other to form a floor board; a step of pressing the adhered floor board to a predetermined pressure to cure the adhesive; a step of cutting the edge of the floor board, and forming a plurality of grooves in the surface of the floor board such that the grooves extend along the width direction of the floor board at intervals of 3.5 cm; a step of smoothly finishing the surface of the floor board using a sand paper or sanding machine; and a step of forming tung and groove on sides of the floor board to join the floor board with adjacent floor boards. |
