A polypeptide structure for transmitting antibody and nano particle in cells is provided to deliver nano particles having treatment antibody and various functions in cells at the same time. A polypeptide structure for transmitting antibody and nano particle in cell includes a nano particle combining portion, an antibody combining site and a semiochemicals site delivering material within the cell. The nano particle combining portion is selected from a group consisting of polyhistidine, GST, MBP, myc, HA, cystein, streptavidin, poly arginine, galactose binding domain, calmodulin binding domain, chitin binding domain, cellulose binding domain, thioredoxin binding domain, inteine binding domain, S peptide binding domain and DNA. The antibody combining site is selected from a group consisting of protein G, protein A, protein A/G hybrid, protein L, antibody combining peptide and antibody combining nucleotide.
