A reverse osmosis composite membrane of which chlorine resistance is improved is provided to eliminate degradation of the salt performance because damage by chlorine nearly does not occur in chlorine sterilization process. A reverse osmosis composite membrane of which chlorine resistance is improved contains a porous support, a polyamide film on the porous support and a coating film on the polyamide film. The coating film contains a silane derivative compound in which a vinyl function or an aromatic functional group directly unites with a silicon atom and are formed with a mixture containing the two or more silane derivative compounds of which numbers of vinyl function are different each other.
