A compact type Hangul input device for memorizing and inputting a vowel pattern is provided to offer excellent recognition by arranging phonemes simply and easily, and enable a user to learn operation conveniently by offering ease operation. A user inputs Hangul quickly by understanding and memorizing 21 vowels of Hangul as a pattern. The pattern for inputting the vowels are generated by using a general principle for forming the pattern.
