A pointing device capable of keeping the same click feeling and an electronic device including the same are provided to keep the same click feeling regardless of movement of an operation member by using a dome switch equipped with a projection. An operation member(400) is moved by a user. A mediating member(200) offers restoration force to the operation member by connecting to the operation member. A spiral pattern unit(220) offers the restoration force to the operation member. A dome spring is installed to a lower part of the mediating member and forms a projection(112) projecting a dome shape to the lower part. A detector(600) outputs an electric signal by detecting movement of the operation member.
