An air transfer circuit breaker capable of preventing fire and explosion accident due to over voltage is provided to prevent simultaneous supply of a normal power source and an emergency power source by preventing contact between a fixed terminal and a movable terminal. One end of a normal power source interworking link(11) is connected to a cam(20) of a normal power source. The other end of the normal power source interworking link is connected to a center part of a normal power source coupling link(12). One end of an emergency power source interworking link(11a) is connected to a cam(20a) of an emergency power source. The other end of the emergency power source interworking link is connected to a center part of an emergency power source coupling link(12a). One end of a second connector(14) is connected to a bottom part of a fixed bracket(13). The other end of the second connector is connected to a fixed shaft(140). One end of an elastic member(15) is connected to the other end of the second connector. The other end of the elastic member is connected to one end of the fixed bracket. One end of a third connector(16) is connected to the bottom part of the fixed bracket. The other end of the third connector is connected to a bottom of a main cam(30). A first switching link(17) is connected to both ends of a coupling shaft(121a) of the emergency power source coupling link. One side of a second switching link(18) is connected to the other end of the first switching link. The other side of the second switching link is connected to one side of the cam of the emergency power source.
