A composition containing the compound as an active ingredient has the inflammation suppressing effect, the collagen synthesis promoting effect, the collagenase expression suppressing effect, the collagenase inhibitor expression promoting effect, the wrinkle improving or generation inhibiting effect, and the skin elasticity enhancing effect.
