A method for preparing the sweet milk, and the sweet milk prepared by the method are provided to allow the sweet taste of a certain level to be felt by taking it in a smaller amount compared with sugar. A method for preparing the sweet milk comprises the steps of sterilizing raw milk; cooling the sterilized milk; decomposing the lactose of the milk into glucose and galactose; and converting the glucose into fructose. Preferably the conversion of glucose into fructose is carried out by using glucose isomerase.
