A method for constructing a water proof layer or a barrier layer satisfying a hydraulic conductivity is provided to save material cost such as solidifying agent, cement and bentonite which are mixing ingredients for construction of a water proof layer or a barrier layer and mixing cost. A method for constructing a water proof layer or a barrier layer satisfying a hydraulic conductivity comprises steps of: transporting clay, spreading it in wide place, drying it by sun and wind; piling up it if it reaches propriety moisture content, spreading naturally dried clay in construction region, pressing it using a sheep foot roller; and constructing a water proof layer or a barrier layer satisfying a hydraulic conductivity. A hydraulic conductivity of the barrier layer is 1 x 10-6cm/sec or less and a hydraulic conductivity of the water proof layer is 1 x 10-7cm/sec. |
