A bioreactor using a cooling unit is provided to circulate a cultured solution by a magnetism coupling method stirring unit and to rotate an impeller for rotation by drive unit installed outside a culture tub. A bioreactor contains a culture tub(10) made of metal material having corrosion resistance and having an opened top part, a cover(9) opening and closing the top of the culture tub, one or more illumination units(30) installed at the cover and irradiating light in the culture tub, one or more cooling units(50) cooling cultured solution by heat exchange, an air cooling housing installed at one side of the culture tub in order to surround a coolant channel and a cooling unit and heat-exchanging outer air or cold air with cooling unit by a blower and a stirring unit installed at the culture tub for mixing the cultured solution and microorganism.
