A liquid spray device is provided, which easily removes nose foreign material of the patients by using an air compressor and injects the saline solution for the nose flushing or drug in the spray method. A liquid spray device comprises a body portion and a spraying portion(300). The spraying portion comprises: a nozzle assembly(311) mounted on the tip-end part; a tank cover(305) having an opening; a spray tank(301) combined with the tank cover of the transparent body; a tank cap(309) connecting an extension pipe of the nozzle assembly and an exhaust groove of an adaptive packing of the body portion through an air duct(310); decorative covers(312,313) combined with both sides of the spray tank; and a nozzle cover(316) fixed to and combined with the upper flange of the decorative cover.
