A solid preparation containing ibuprofen and tranexamic acid is provided to suppress expansion when preserved under high temperature condition and to maintain value as product of the solid preparation under conditions of various circulations or keeping. A solid preparation containing ibuprofen and tranexamic acid contains organic acid, ester or their salt. The organic acid is one or more selected from a group consisting of acetic acid, butyric acid, sorbic acid, benzoic acid, phthalic acid, salicylic acid, malonic acid, succinic acid, adipic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid, citric acid, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, lactic acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, ascorbic acid, erythorbic acid, gallic acid and amino acid.
