A system for distributing profits generated by internet contents for network marketing is provided to distribute profits generated by internet contents to a contributor who spreads the internet contents on the internet based on an extent of contribution in order to activate the use of high-quality contents. A system for distributing profits generated by internet contents for network marketing comprises the following units. A plurality of users(10,12) are connected to a web server(30) providing a website for uploading a UCC through the internet(20). The web server contacts a UCC profit distributing system(100) through a communication network. The UCC profit distributing system obtains a UCC which a user desires to spread through the internet and information of a UCC provider.
