A method for manufacturing sack starch is provided to prevent the degeneration of food grain although the grain is distributed for a long term by containing the functional mineral neutralizing the toxicity of agricultural chemical remaining in food grain and sulfur. A method for manufacturing sack starch comprises a step for collecting talc containing illite and germanium as the natural mineral; a step for crushing the collected minerals to become coarse particles, removing the impurity, injecting the mineral particles in a drying furnace, and drying the moisture contained in the mineral while adding the heat of 600~700°C; a step for pulverizing the dried mineral and powdering the pulverized one by using a sieve of 300 mesh or more; and a step for mixing gel-type polysol 90~94 weight %, illite powder 2~4 weight %, talc 2~4 weight % and natural organic sulfur compound 0.8~1.2 weight % to obtain the sack starch. |
