A spray hot-melt type composition for road sign is provided to improve low viscosity, cracking resistance at the low film thickness and durability. A spray hot-melt type composition for road sign comprises binder resin 10-30 weight%, silica 5-30 weight%, glass bead 5-25 weight%, color pigment 3-10 weight%, calcium carbonate 5-30 weight% and antioxidant 0.3-5 weight%. The binder resin is the polyamide resin. The polyamide resin is manufactured by the condensation reaction of diamine and dicarboxy ackylacide having 2 functional groups. The composition additionally includes the noncrystalline poly alpha-olefin resin of 1-10 weight%. The noncrystalline polyalphaolefin has the average molecular weight (Mw) of 34,000~120,000 g/mol and the number average molecular weight (Mn) of 7,000~24,000 g/mol. |
