An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve productivity by forming a groove of an over coating film and a plurality of contact holes at the same time. A plurality of thin film transistors is formed on a thin film transistor substrate. An over coating film(180) is formed on the thin film transistor, and has a rough surface. A groove forms the rough surface. A tilted angle of the groove is different according to color of pixel. A plurality of first electrodes(191) is formed on the over coating film. An organic light emitting member(370) is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode(270) is formed on the organic light emitting member. The first electrode, the organic light emitting member, and the second electrode are formed according to the rough surface.
