A buoy member suing EPS(expanded polystyrene) is provided to form concavo-convex parts of a main body so that a user can assemble the buoy member easily, thereby reducing manufacturing cost. A buoy member(1) using EPS(expanded polystyrene) comprises a main body(3), a lid unit(5), a reinforcement plate(33), a light block(9), and a pressure piece. The main body whose upper part is opened is pipe-shaped. The lid unit is fixed to the top of the main body. The reinforcement plate divides an internal space of the main body into three spaces. The light block is made out of EPS. The pressure piece is nailed on the light block. Concavo-convex parts are formed on both sidewalls(7) of the main body. A groove(29) is formed surrounding the lower part of the lid unit. The groove is combined with the sidewalls of the main body.
