A human body sensing device is provided to sense a person even when the person does not move, improve the accuracy of sensing the human body and widen a human body sensing range. A human body sensing device includes a fresnel filter(10), a PIR(Pyroelectric Infrared) element(20) and a microcomputer(30), rotates the fresnel filter or the PIR element to sense infrared rays emitted from a person and amplifies the infrared signal. The microcomputer analyzes a sensing signal to determine whether a person exists and outputs a control command according to the determination result.
