An English studying content service system using a mobile terminal and a method thereof for providing English studying contents by using voice and text message function of the mobile terminal are provided to improve learning effect due to repeatedly listening to and memorizing English sentence through the voice and text message function of the mobile terminal regardless of a time and a place. A learning DB(50) registers a profile of each subscriber. A learner mobile terminal(10) registers the English studying contents. A service providing server(30) transmits the English studying content registered by the learning DB registered by membership database in one form of the sound message and letters message. The mobile radio communications network(20) connects communications the learner mobile terminal and the service providing server.
