A remote medicine injection control system is provided, which maximizes the medication effect and prevent the medical malpractice. A remote medicine injection control system comprises: a health care management server(10) controlling the infusion of exact amount of medicine in the exact time according to the prescription of a patient in the remote place; and a medicine injection apparatus(20) injecting the injection drug according to information and the time of taking medicine transmitted from the health care management server. The health care management server comprises: an interface module(110) setting the drug administration time and amount of all kinds of the patients; a database(120) storing and managing the medicine injection equipment identification number of the patient; a medicine injection control module(130) controlling the medicine injection; and a data sending and receiving module(140) transmitting the drug administration information of the patient to the injecting apparatus.
